You Don’t Have to Keep Doing It Alone
Reaching out for therapy can be difficult, especially when you've been carrying something for a long time or trying to handle it on your own.

Maybe you're struggling with anxiety or depression. Maybe you're working through addiction and trying to build a life beyond recovery. Or perhaps you've reached a point where old patterns, relationships, or circumstances no longer feel sustainable.
You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
My role is to meet you where you are, understand your experiences, and work alongside you to identify what may be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll focus on practical steps that can help you build greater balance, confidence, purpose, and a life that feels genuinely yours.
You Can Create a Different Way Forward
First step : Schedule a free consultation
Choose a time that works for you and take the first step toward getting the support you need.
Step 3 : Create Your Care Plan
When appropriate, your care may include therapy, medication management, practical coping strategies, or a combination of approaches.
Step 4 : Move Forward With Support
You'll have a clearer understanding of your mental health and practical next steps toward feeling better and functioning at your best.
Step 2 : Understand What You Need
We'll take time to understand your experiences, challenges, goals, and what you would like to change.

Hi I'm Michael Lenok
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience supporting people through addiction, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and personal growth.

As someone in long-term recovery myself, I understand that meaningful change isn't always simple or linear. That lived experience informs the way I work with clients while allowing me to bring both compassion and clinical knowledge into the therapy process.

My goal is to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with your sense of purpose, and take real, actionable steps toward a life that feels stable, fulfilling, and genuinely your own.
How we support you
A space to understand where you are and create meaningful change.
Build Greater Balance
Anxiety, depression, mood changes, and stress can affect how you think, feel, relate to others, and experience everyday life.
Therapy can help you develop practical skills for managing difficult emotions and creating greater stability.

Strengthen Your Relationships
Relationships can be a source of connection, but they can also bring conflict, frustration, and emotional strain. We'll work through communication patterns, boundaries, emotional needs, and relationship challenges to help you create healthier connections.

Find Direction & Purpose
Major life changes can leave you questioning who you are and what comes next.
We'll create space to explore your values, goals, identity, and the kind of life you want to build.

A Space Where Real Change Can Begin
Stories of Growth, Understanding & Moving Forward

Therapy can look different for everyone. For some, it means finding the courage to ask for help. For others, it means breaking old patterns, rebuilding confidence, or finally feeling understood.
